These General Conditions define the methods and terms according to which the company 360 Corner SNC DI IVANO BOMMARTINI (hereinafter also just the "Company") supplies its products to the Customer. 1. Definitions and effectiveness of the contract
The offers referred to in these conditions are intended to be made with reference to final consumers only. The Customer therefore refers to the final consumer with the exclusion of any professional user, reseller or, more generally, professional. The contract is valid and effective from the date of receipt by the Customer of the communication of acceptance of the order proposal by the Company. The Company will communicate the acceptance of the order to the Customer in a timely manner, generally by e-mail.
Payment will be made in advance using the methods and procedures indicated in the appropriate section of the website. Its implementation is a necessary condition for sending the goods to the Customer.
3. Product delivery
The product will be sent to the Customer at the address indicated by the same via a transporter/courier appointed by the Company. The cost of transport will be indicated in the order proposal. Transport will take place at the customer's risk, unless a different condition is expressly agreed.

) providing the most complete description possible of the defect found on the product. In the event that it is necessary to return the product, it must in any case necessarily be accompanied by the documentation needed to recognize the transaction that took place with the Company.
Without prejudice to the above, the guarantee will be void if:
- The defects are caused by damage due to improper use of the products;
- The product is damaged by the courier who will deliver it (it is advisable to choose a shipping method with additional insurance);
- The product is repaired or modified by third parties;
- The products are missing their original packaging and accessories contained in the package;
- The products lack proof of purchase (e.g. receipt, invoice, etc.).
Shipping costs for products returned under warranty may be charged to the customer if the original shipping costs were borne by the Company.
Shipments usually take place within 48 hours of receipt of payment (excluding holidays).
At the moment we are using GLS or SDA for Italy and TNT for abroad.
If you are in the area you can also choose to collect the goods from our shop.
Money Back Guarantee
Kitepoint.shop recognizes the right of withdrawal as provided for by current legislation. The deadline set by this legislation for making use of this right is 10 days. Within this period if you desist from your purchase you will have to contact us via telephone or email and notify us. Return costs are borne by the customer.
To exercise the right of withdrawal it is necessary that:
- inform us of your desire to exercise the right of withdrawal in the manner described above;
- the purchased good is intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc...);
- the product is returned within the times and methods described above. The return costs are your responsibility.
- Once the goods arrive at our warehouse, they will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not resulting from transport.
Once the goods have arrived and you have verified that they are in perfect condition, you can choose from the following possibilities:
- purchase voucher which must be spent within one year of its generation, under penalty of forfeiture of the credit
- replacement of the goods
- crediting of the money in the same way in which the payment was made. The refund concerns the price of the product not the shipping costs and will be made within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods.
If a product ordered is no longer available and we are unable to find a valid replacement, we will provide you with the necessary refund.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned items. There will also be a notification of approval or rejection of the refund.
If you answer yes, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a short period.
Late or missing refund (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
