1. Definitions and effectiveness of the contract
The offers referred to in these conditions are intended to be made with reference to final consumers only. The Customer therefore refers to the final consumer with the exclusion of any professional user, reseller or, more generally, professional. The contract is valid and effective from the date of receipt by the Customer of the communication of acceptance of the order proposal by the Company. The Company will communicate the acceptance of the order to the Customer in a timely manner, generally by e-mail.
2. Payment
Payment will be made in advance using the methods and procedures indicated in the appropriate section of the website. Its implementation is a necessary condition for sending the goods to the Customer.
3. Product delivery
The product will be sent to the Customer at the address indicated by the same via a transporter/courier appointed by the Company. The cost of transport will be indicated in the order proposal. Transport will take place at the customer's risk, unless a different condition is expressly agreed.
4. Guarantees
The legal guarantees provided for by Chapter I of Title III of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) will apply to the customer. In case of defects of conformity the Customer must report them to the e-mail address (or on tel. +39 371 3050610 ) providing the most complete description possible of the defect found on the product. In the event that it is necessary to return the product, it must in any case necessarily be accompanied by the documentation needed to recognize the transaction that took place with the Company.
Without prejudice to the above, the guarantee will be void if:
- The defects are caused by damage due to improper use of the products;
- The product is damaged by the courier who will deliver it (it is advisable to choose a shipping method with additional insurance);
- The product is repaired or modified by third parties;
- The products are missing their original packaging and accessories contained in the package;
- The products lack proof of purchase (e.g. receipt, invoice, etc.).
Shipping costs for products returned under warranty may be charged to the customer if the original shipping costs were borne by the Company.
Shipments usually take place within 48 hours of receipt of payment (excluding holidays).

Money Back Guarantee recognizes the right of withdrawal as provided for by current legislation. The deadline set by this legislation for making use of this right is 10 days. To exercise the right of withdrawal it is necessary that:

- inform us of your desire to exercise the right of withdrawal in the manner described above;

- the purchased good is intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc...);

- the product is returned within the times and methods described above. The return costs are your responsibility.
