We recruited the best kite and wing designers in the world to push this shape to the next level. Every aspect of the new A-Wing XPS has been tirelessly thought out, tested and fine-tuned across a wide range of riding conditions.

The innovative cross-panel sail (XPS) design offers an exceptional level of connection while sailing. This futuristic panel arrangement significantly reduces sail distortion, improving load distribution and frame rigidity. This gives all glider sizes a very direct control feel, for easy and comfortable flying. Removable carbon fiber battens minimize trailing edge fluctuation and allow for easy fine-tuning of the sail for different wind intensities.

The XPS wing section, combined with our pre-twist tip geometry, produces incredible speed and sublime performance upwind . This greatly promotes jump width for freestyle maneuvers and offers plenty of hang time and float for soft landings. This sail is also a wave rider's dream, with little to no heel or sail flutter and excellent stability, allowing the rider to focus less on the sail and more on cutting the wave.

The newly developed hybrid carbon handle (HCH) features a rigid internal carbon skeleton and soft external padding. This combination offers the best balance between control, comfort and safety.

During the development of the XPS we tested hundreds of materials. We chose next-generation, high-quality lightweight Dacron, proven polyester Dacron and Ultra PE (ultra high molecular weight polyethylene) laminate for the main reinforcements. The result is a highly refined combination of materials that offers impressive strength-to-weight ratio, durability and overall performance.
